Jenny Lee grew up in Casper, Wyoming. She graduated from Natrona County Highschool before heading north to the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2012. She then moved back to Casper to begin her nursing career, working in Med/Surg and PACU at Mountain View Regional Hospital and Summit Medical Center. Next, she attended Walden University and graduated in 2017 with a Master of Science in Nursing degree; shortly after, earning her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urgent Care and Primary Care at the Community Health Center of Central Wyoming from 2017-2019. This experience provided her with a solid foundation as a medical provider, but Jenny’s passion was always procedural and surgical medicine. So, in July of 2019, she jumped at the opportunity to team up with Dr. Aimee Gough at Wyoming Surgical Associates. She then completed training through the National Institute of First Assisting, earning her RN First Assist certification in early 2020.

Born and raised here in Casper, Wyoming, Jenny is pleased to assist Dr. Gough in providing general and colorectal surgical care to patients in her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and enjoying Wyoming’s great outdoors (weather permitting).
