Meet Our Newest Surgeon, Dr. Tom Adams

Wyoming Surgical Associates is excited to welcome Dr. Tom Adams to our team of experienced surgeons. In July, Dr. Adams will join our practice as a general surgeon, furthering our commitment to provide excellent surgical care to our community. Whether it’s a routine surgery or complex procedure, Dr. Adams is ready to operate with a high standard of care, backed by experience and education.

Born and raised in England, Dr. Adams moved to Florida at the age of 11 where he later attended the University of Florida, graduating with a master’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology. He then earned his medical degree at St. George’s University in Grenada, followed by the completion of his General Surgery Residency at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Dr. Adams served as Education Chief Resident during his final year at Marshall University and received numerous teaching awards from the School of Medicine.

Dr. Adams is excited to be moving to Casper with his wife, their newborn daughter, and their two Corgis. Their family enjoys spending time outdoors and can’t wait to explore all the outdoor recreation opportunities Wyoming has to offer. Once settled in the Cowboy State, Dr. Adams will be offering a wide variety of general surgical services to the community including daVinci Robotic Surgery, a robotic-assisted surgery with the daVinci® Surgical System that allows surgeons to perform complex, minimally invasive surgical procedures with precision and accuracy.

By joining Wyoming Surgical Associates’ in-house team of skilled surgeons and medical staff, Dr. Adams will provide personal care and individualized treatment, meaning our patients receive high-quality care that is personal to their specific surgical needs.
