Dr. Riley Moore grew up in Casper, Wyoming and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School. He attended Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota where he played football and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. Next, he attended University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences and graduated in 2021. He then went on to complete his general surgery residency at the University of North Dakota.

Dr. Moore is excited to return to the community of Casper and practice general surgery. His interests outside of work include exercise, outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting and camping and watching sports.
